Promote the Spread of the Gospel in Spanish-speaking Countries
Spanish Honor Society exists to promote the spread of the gospel in Spanish-speaking countries as well as increase awareness of Hispanic culture. Spanish Honor Society members have many opportunities to serve their fellow students, their community, and those in Spanish-speaking countries. Students participate in a Challenge House workday where they serve those who live in underprivileged areas of Hopkinsville.
They also have the opportunity to participate in a cultural-immersion mission trip to Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. As a club, Spanish Honor Society meets monthly to discuss things like career opportunities for those with advanced Spanish education, or to listen to speakers who are involved in various aspects of the Hispanic community here in Hopkinsville. An active and vibrant club, Spanish Honor Society is full of members who are serious about service, community engagement, and taking the gospel to the nations!
